We accept regular Bank to Bank transfer, Debit Card and Credit Card / Pay Pal
Please do not forget to specify the order number (PO No.) in the payment transfer, because only then can it be uniquely associated with your order. Depending on the bank, it usually takes about 1 to 3 days (from abroad even longer) until the money arrives at our bank. For transfers from abroad, additional charges may occur (depend on the Bank to Bank).
Invoice
Payment by invoice is only for the companies, public authorities, educational facilities, universities, professional and Engineering Colleges and other public institutions.
After the payment your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (subject to availability of stock), no later than the following working day.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
If no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 days if the items are available in Ready stock.

Note: Your Order and your personal details are saved on our secure server and an order confirmation will be sent via e-mail as this is not accessible via the internet.
Products prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch order Confirmation by email.
Payment for all the Products can be made by the credit or debit card, or by Paypal, or by normal bank transfer or by cash on delivery (by mutual agreement).
OUR REFUNDS POLICY
If you want return a Product to us because of damage/broken or not a specified model which you requested we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a specific period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 – 40 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective/damaged Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase into your given account details.
Customers have the right to return goods within 15 Days of receipt of the goods. Customers have the right to cancel an order within 15 days of agreeing the purchase. Customers must complete the cancellation form with valid reasons for cancellation.
WARRANTY:
Warranty will apply to the main unit only Or manufacturing defect only.
(Warranty not covered on glassware/consumables/standards/tubings etc. Misusing, improper cleaning, Electricity Fluctuating, Room temperature not maintained, non-recommended consumables, spare parts etc.
Warranty conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
RISK AND TITLE
The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery from our facility.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we will receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges Or taxes if applicable.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; and
pandemic or epidemic.
